Schell Developments is a boutique building company that specialises in custom residential builds.
Our Director and Building Development Manager, Adrian Chicharro has been in the industry for over 20 years. Along with his building license, he is also a Civil Engineer and a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. He brings a passion for excellence and a keen eye for unique designs to each project.
Starting this current brand in 2014, Adrian now sources unique and beautiful blocks based in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Country NSW. After the locating the right block, he designs and creates beautiful homes to blend in with the local environment, whilst also capitalising on the specific needs of each block. This can sometimes be a beautiful view, a peaceful bush setting or a modern design interior in the Sydney CBD.
We pride ourselves on the custom and unique design of our builds as well as the quality finish and attention to detail.
